The non-profit PASSAGE has a very hands-on approach to social commitment. Our multiprofessional teams collaborate closely to help all individuals participate fully in society through bespoke training programs and projects. We firmly believe that every individual has unique abilities, and it is our role to discover and nurture them. In our work as educators and employers, we have a clear vision: To create a society where every individual can feel at home, develop their full potential and be valued and appreciated. Our goal is to provide disadvantaged people, particularly the long-term unemployed, those returning to work after a career break, refugees and migrants as well as young people with no vocational qualifications or in special situations, with positive career prospects.
