Neues Amt Altona eG

The Neues Amt Altona (NAA) is a holistic, public-interest real estate project made possible by well over 200 cooperative members and will be used collectively once it opens. It is an example of sustainable and collaborative urban development. The NAA will open its doors at the end of 2025! With the NAA, we are creating Hamburg's first cooperatively organized co-working space. At the same time, we are preserving the creative location in the old Altona tax office for the long term. On the ground floor, we are creating a public meeting place for culture, events, and gastronomy.
