Hansel & Deern is a store that pursues the overarching idea of sustainability both in its product range and in its business processes. My mission: an honest store with honest products. I am convinced that sustainable products must be bundled and easily accessible so that we as consumers can make good purchasing decisions more easily—otherwise, conscious purchasing behavior is very difficult to reconcile with the demands of everyday life.
