Hamburg SOZIAL gemeinnützige Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH

Hamburg SOZIAL gGmbH aims to create long-term affordable housing for apprentices and socially disadvantaged groups through the non-profit development and conversion of inner-city sites and in new urban development areas. We utilise existing, often overlooked spaces – car parks, vacant buildings, rooftops – and transform them into sustainable, (centrally) located flats. Our planning is socially responsible, sustainable and environmentally friendly, with construction using modular timber-frame methods. Thanks to our non-profit structure, all profits are reinvested in the organisation’s purpose – new, affordable flats. Companies can get involved and, in return, secure housing for their apprentices.
