Dialoghaus Hamburg is a non-profit social enterprise whose mission is to reinforce inclusion and empathy in society. It employs around 80 people, 60% of whom have visible or invisible disabilities. Each of them helps us achieve our mission through authentic, emotional interactions. Many people will have already heard of our "Dialogue in the Dark", one of the Hamburg’s top attractions. We recognise that the economy can be a major driver of social change. We leverage this effect and offer transformational learning formats to help companies raise awareness of inclusion, remove barriers and implement an inclusive working environment.
