Bridge&Tunnel believes in second chances. Since 2016, the company has employed socially disadvantaged women and refugees at its textile manufacturing plant in the heart of Hamburg. The highly skilled craftsmanship of our employees transcends certificates and diplomas. Bridge&Tunnel understands that work is a way of getting to know people, and making you feel needed. This second-chance philosophy is also reflected in our designs, because all products are made from post- and pre-consumer waste, both under our own label (mainly denim and linen), and on behalf of corporate clients from their regular and occasional textile remnants (following trade fairs, surplus stock, etc.). For example, advertising banners are transformed into laptop sleeves, samples into travel bags and work clothes into fancy hip bags. Bridge&Tunnel recently launched Re.Vive, a service that converts and reprocesses new and returned goods on behalf of companies (B2B2C). This gives valuable material resources a new lease of life as stylish products, while helping talents from around the globe to find employment in fulfilling and rewarding roles.
