B+B Beschäftigung und Bildung gGmbH

B+B was founded in Hamburg in 1989 as a non-profit organization. It now employs around 100 people delivering social services and educational programs in the areas of youth welfare, training support, vocational training and labour market integration, as well as counselling, qualifications-building and mentoring. B+B’s target groups include educators, young people, part-time employees, low-skilled individuals, migrants and people with disabilities. B+B is certified to AZAV and recognized as a provider of youth welfare. It has signed the Charter of Diversity and is a member of the “Erfolgsfaktor Familie” (Success Factor Family) network of companies.
