We believe that the world would be a better place if young people were more confident about making their initial career choices. Our work empowers them by not only highlighting the different career paths available, but also actively supporting them in their choices. Together, we can create a future where every school and college-leaver finds their perfect training place or job.

Doing instead of complaining. Taking responsibility for the common good.

Tackling challenges together and with fresh ideas: For more impact. For Hamburg. Worth living for everyone! The Social Entrepreneurship City stands for a new culture of innovation in the Hanseatic city that is geared towards the common good. It connects, strengthens and provides orientation for all those involved in shaping it.
